Returns and Exchanges
Due to our exclusive pricing agreements and fulfillment partnerships with premium luggage brands, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, sizing, or preference change.
Returns will only be accepted if you received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error. If you believe your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mycrewbags.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item you received so we can assist you promptly.
Eligibility
To access certain discounts, you may be asked to verify your employment or affiliation after purchase. If verification is required, you’ll receive a simple form to complete. Checking out with your official work or agency email (for example, .mil, .gov, airline or agency domains) can help you skip this step. We reserve the right to cancel any order if verification cannot be completed.
Shipping
Most orders ship either directly from the manufacturer or from our Chicago warehouse. Shipping times can vary slightly by brand, but you’ll always receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
